Institute for Healthcare Improvement
IHI's Improvement Advisor Programme comes to Belfast, January 2018

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement's (IHI's) Improvement Advisor Professional Development Programme offers a hands-on approach that teaches you how to apply the principles and tools of improvement science, to help ensure the success of your improvement initiatives.

We're now accepting applications for our next programme offering, beginning 15 January 2018 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Each person accepted onto the programme will work on one or more improvement projects that are connected to their organisation’s business plan. These projects provide a real-time application of concepts and provide an opportunity to cement learnings. They will be the focus of the in-person workshops in starting in Belfast this January.  Find out how this programme could benefit your work.
