What We’re Reading: Integrating Patient Safety into Health Professionals’ Curricula

A recent study asked Canadian faculty from different health disciplines (medical, nursing, and pharmacy) the same list of questions:

  • What are the key challenges for safe practice?
  • How do you support student learning about the delivery of safe care and sociopolitical aspects of patient safety?
  • How is patient safety integrated into your curriculum?
  • What factors contribute to the integration of patient safety?

Check out how the different groups answered in this free BMJ report.
