We’ve added Spanish subtitles to our series of whiteboard videos with Bob Lloyd, IHI Executive Director of Performance Improvement. We’ve never featured a post from Humans of New York in this space before, but we were moved by the words of a medical resident who shared his story with the popular Facebook photographer. “I guess I thought that everyone would be compassionate, and would help each other,” the resident says. “But the stress just erodes people. There’s a lot of tension and anger.
