Great news for the growing IHI Open School community in Latin America: You can now learn quality improvement skills in Spanish! We’ve added Spanish subtitles to our series of whiteboard videos with Bob Lloyd, IHI Executive Director of Performance Improvement. We’ve never featured a post from Humans of New York in this space before, but we were moved by the words of a medical resident who shared his story with the popular Facebook photographer. “I guess I thought that everyone would be compassionate, and would help each other,” the resident says. “But the stress just erodes people. There’s a lot of tension and anger.
