President-Elect Donald Trump has promised to “repeal and replace” the Affordable Care Act. Dr. Don Berwick, IHI President Emeritus and Senior Fellow, appeared on Boston public radio station WGBH to offer his perspective on what that might mean. While some parts of the law may change, he said it will be difficult for Trump to repeal the law entirely because 20 million Americans could lose their insurance.
