Become an Improvement Coach This Year The aim of our Improvement Coach program: you will learn how to help a team tackle the most important and pressing concerns affecting your patients. In three web-based sessions and two in-person meetings, our expert faculty will show you how. Starting September 1, 2016, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) will train a small group of improvers in Boston, MA, to lead quality improvement (QI) on a large scale in their organizations. This is only the second offering of this training. If you want to take on more significant improvement projects, and understand how to guide your team toward successful outcomes, enroll in the Improvement Coach Professional Development Program.
